1. Kunle Remi and Tiwi Oye: 

The Nollywood actor set the wedding trend in January by pulling off a surprise stunt for his social media followers when he announced his wedding to his beloved wife, Boluwatiwi Oye. Many had assumed Kunle would end up with his colleague, Bimbo Ademoye. 

Kunle Remi and Tiwi’s wedding occurred in Ibadan on January 19, 2024. #KTTV2024 was a grand affair that combined cultural richness with modern elegance. The couple celebrated their union with a series of events, starting with a cocktail party, and the celebrations culminated in an after-party where the couple showcased their third outfits, adding a touch of modern glamour to the festive atmosphere. 

Guests, including Femi Otedola, who is now his in-law as Tiwi is Femi Otedola's niece and many other celebrities who wore vibrant and elegant outfits added to the event's splendour.

The renowned Nigerian gospel singer set social media ablaze as he tied the knot with his British-Ghanaian bride, Marie Wiseborn, in a stunning traditional wedding ceremony held on February 29, 2024, in Accra, Ghana. Their civil wedding took place in Nigeria two days before, marking the legal recognition of their union. The groom expressed his gratitude to God for the journey and his excitement about marrying Marie, whom he called a "personal gift from God."

7. Davido and Chioma: 

Famous singer David Adeleke, otherwise known as Davido, got married to his long-time girlfriend, Chioma, and the magnitude of the event was enough to break the internet. This wedding has been anticipated for years, and it finally went down on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, in Lagos.
