Brand influencer and entrepreneur Tomike Adeoye has penned a touching tribute to her late mother, Mojirayo Olayinka Alayande nee Fakehinde on Friday, March 7.
In a heartfelt message, Tomike reflected on the memories they shared and the immense impact her mother had on her life during her time among the living.
"It's almost a month since you left me... 19th of February remains unforgettable," reminiscing about the day her mother passed away.
She continued,
"Oh boy, I've been stronger than you could ever imagine! Taking each day in its stride." Tomike's message was filled with fond memories of her mother's unwavering support and love.
"Who will be my human alarm that won't sleep cos Tomike needs to leave the house at 5am?" Tomike asked, highlighting the little things her mother did that made a big difference in her life.
She also remembered her mother's enthusiasm for sharing her accomplishments, saying,
"Who will share all my wins on their WhatsApp status day&night? No win was ever too small! You will shareeeeee!"
Tomike's tribute reflected the strong bond she shared with her mother. She concluded her message by saying,
"Mama Omobonike, my mother, my friend, grandmother to my children! The strongest woman I've ever met! I can't believe I'm typing this but.. till we meet again mummy... your baby I loves you so so much!! All that I am today, I owe it to God and you!! Continue to rest in the bosom of the Almighty.”
