This change in pubic sentiment comes after the emergence of a video clip from Anjorin's Instagram Live session. In the video, the actress and businesswoman appears visibly agitated as she directs curses and incantations at a woman identified as Funmi Justina.
Anjorin can be heard calling on spiritual forces while ringing a local bell, uttering chants, and accusing the woman of crossing a line. She began by saying:
“Who is this one? Ah, this unfortunate one, just leave her. Funmi, you'll die. If you are not buried within 41 days, you won't be an earth sojourner again. Funmi Justina, Expect if I started this,because you came for me.

She went further consulting her deity,
“Do you think I look like Biodun who calls Jesus? Or do you think I am joking? Ile Ogere, look at this photo, was I the one who came for this lady or she did?”
