The highly anticipated Nollywood movie Ori Rebirth by Muyiwa Ademola held its premiere on Sunday, April 27. The event drew a list of notable celebrities, friends, and family members who came out to support the film.

The movie revolves around themes of destiny, spirituality, and the supernatural, as it follows Bisade's untimely death and connection to a mysterious cult led by Yeye Fernandez, while Temidun tries to save a man marked for sacrifice. 

The premiere featured a white and traditional attire theme, showcasing the richness of African culture. 

Guests such as Odunlade Adekola, Femi Adebayo, Ibrahim Chatta, Toyin Abraham, Shola Sobowale, and Eniola Ajao, among others, dazzled in their elegant outfits, complete with feathers and traditional accessories.

The cake for the Ori Rebirth movie premiere was a stunning representation of a gigantic tree setting, perfectly capturing the essence of the film's theme. Its beauty added to the overall ambience of the event, impressing guests and complementing the traditional attire and cultural elements that defined the evening. 

The event was further enlivened by a live performance by Yinka Ayefele and the band. 

Celebrating the release of Ori Rebith, which hits cinemas on May 1, 2025, the premiere was a resounding success, marking a significant milestone for Muyiwa Ademola's film.

Meanwhile, TheRadar earlier reported that FilmOne hosted its movie showcase, unveiling the must-watch movies of the year, including international releases and Nigerian movies, on January 29. 

Producers and movie writers showcased different projects that will be released this year, igniting suspense and anticipation in viewers. 

The night ended with an expected feeling of being entertained, as its success was evident.
