JP2025: Juma Jux announces grand finale of wedding celebrations in Tanzania

• Juma Jux and Priscilla are set to hold their final wedding reception in Tanzania on May 28

Tanzanian singer Juma Jux has revealed that the final leg of his wedding celebrations with his wife, Priscilla Ojo, will take place in Tanzania on May 28.

The celebrity couple, who have trending on social media for their elaborate wedding celebrations, have officially announced the final event of their union. 

In a video shared via his Instagram story, Jux explained that the upcoming event, referred to as the "JP reception," will be the grand finale.

“It’s the final one, the big one… my wife, she’s tired right now,” he said. 

The couple have previously had four wedding ceremonies: two in Tanzania (Nikkah and civil wedding) and two in Nigeria (traditional wedding and white wedding) that stormed the internet and got people talking. 

Juma Jux revealed his wife has endured multiple ceremonies and outfit changes, joking that she had to do more than just wear a suit like him.

“Even those six, five weddings is not even enough… My plan was to have a wedding in every country. I even wanted Rwanda, that’s where we first met.” He said. 

Despite her exhaustion, Juma Jux said she tried her best—and now, it’s time to wrap things up in style.

“Tanzania is the final one… I’ll put everything on that. It’s gonna be crazy.”

The award-winning artiste further announced that friends from Uganda, Kenya, China, the USA, and Tanzania are expected to attend the grand event.

Meanwhile, TheRadar earlier reported that Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo took to social media to share photos and videos of Juma Jux's arrival in Lagos. 

In response, Juma Jux thanked Iyabo Ojo in Yoruba, writing, "Eshey ma. Thank you, Mum," surprising and delighting fans. 

The wedding, tagged JP2025, is set to take place in Lagos, with fans sending love and support to the proud mother and her family.
