Davido announces white wedding with Chioma, set for August 2025 in Miami

• This comes 10 months after the celebrity couple had their traditional wedding at Eko Hotels & Suites in Lagos on June 25, 2024

Popular Afrobeat singer Davido has finally announced his white wedding date with Chioma Rowland in a recent podcast interview with The Breakfast Club 10 months after their traditional wedding. 

On Tuesday, April 8, the artiste explained that his highly anticipated white wedding is set to take place in Miami, Florida, in August 2025. 

He stated, 

“I’m doing my white wedding in Miami, in August this year.

“Our traditional marriage shut down Nigeria because our relationship was in the public eye, and a lot has happened, apart from losing our child,”

This will be a follow-up to their traditional wedding ceremony, which occurred in June 2024 at Eko Hotels in Lagos, Nigeria. 

In the interview, Davido expressed his commitment to monogamy, saying he is done cheating. 

The wedding is expected to be a grand affair, with many fans anticipating the big day.
