The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced the new prices for a litre of fuel across its partner retail outlets nationwide.

According to a post shared by the Dangote Refinery on X on Thursday, May 22, the fresh N15 reduction across all regions will see the new rates range from N875 to N905 per litre, depending on location.

The refinery listed its partner retail outlets as MRS, Ardova, Heyden, Optima Energy, Techno Oil, and Hyde Energy.

It stated that its partners will sell a litre of fuel at N875 in Lagos, N885 in the South-West, N895 in the North-West and North Central, N905 in the North-East, South-South and the South-East.

The refinery urged consumers to purchase fuel from its partner outlets and encouraged Nigerians to report non-compliance via its hotline.

“Our quality petrol and diesel are refined for better engine performance and are environmentally friendly,” the company stated in the notice.

Dangote Refinery reduced fuel price at its gantry to N831

On Tuesday, May 20, Dangote Refinery slashed fuel price in its gantry to N831, even as it is refunding marketers who paid N834 per litre on Monday, May 19, the N3 difference.

The company said the reduction in fuel pump price across its partner retail outlets was as a result of the naira-for-crude agreement with the Federal Government.

In a press release signed by its Group Chief Branding and Communications Officer, Anthony Chiejina, Dangote Refinery said its decision to maintain affordable and stable fuel prices reflects its commitment to supporting the Nigerian economy and alleviating the burden on consumers from the increase in fuel prices.

It reiterated that despite the fluctuations in global crude oil prices, it has consistently reduced the price of petrol.

Dangote partner retail outlets previously sold fuel at N890 to N920

Recall that Dangote Refinery, on April 22, announced a pricing template for its partner retail outlets nationwide, with prices ranging from N890 to N920, depending on location.

The refinery said its partners are to sell fuel at N890 per litre in Lagos and N900 per litre in the South West.

It fixed the price of fuel in the North West and North Central at N910 per litre, while the product is to be sold at N920 in the North East, South-South, and South East regions of the country.
